1. Create your Calendly account
Before joining Webflow’s Calendly organization, you’ll need to set up your Calendly account. Follow the steps below based on whether or not you already use Calendly.
If you do not already use Calendly:
- Great! Use the same email address you’re using to participate in Template Services, and create an account at https://calendly.com/.
- You can sign up for the Free ("Basic") plan
If you already have a Calendly account:
- If you are already a Calendly user, you can join the Webflow Template Services Calendly with your existing Calendly account or by creating a new Calendly account.
- Using your existing account is easiest. However, there are some things you should be aware of:
- Calendly does not allow users to join multiple organizations. This means that if your existing account is part of an organization, it will not be possible to join the Webflow organization.
- Joining a Calendly organization gives Admins visibility and control over your personal event information. That said, Webflow will not make any changes to your personal events if you decide to join our organization with an existing account.
- Note that regardless of what email address you use for your Calendly account, you will still be able to connect your primary calendar(s) to the account.
2. Send us your Calendly info
Once you have created the Calendly account you want to use for Template Services, please confirm your account information using this form.
3. Connect your primary calendar
Regardless of the email address you used for your Calendly account, you should make sure to connect all your primary calendar(s). It’s important to connect all calendars that you actively use for managing your schedule so that you do not book times with leads when you’re not available.

4. Set your working hours
By default, your Template Services availability will exactly match the default "working hours" that you set in Calendly. So, if you want your Template Services availability to match your general calendar availability, simply set your working hours in Calendly, and you're good to go.

5. Set up your video conferencing tool
Connecting your conferencing tool to Calendly will make it so all scheduled events are created with a video conferencing link in the calendar invite. You can choose to either connect Google Meet, or Zoom.
If you have connected a Google calendar to your account, Google Meet will be available by default. No action will be required on your part, other than to verify that your Google Calendar is set as the "add to calendar" from your calendar connections page.
If you want to take meetings with Zoom instead, you'll have to connect Zoom to your Calendly account. Instructions for connecting Zoom can be found here.
