TNC Resida User is a property website template with user accounts. Property listings, agent profiles, pricing, plus sign up, log in and password reset pages for a registered-user experience.
Some property businesses need more than a listings page: they need people to register, save what they have seen and come back. TNC Resida User is a property website template built with that in mind, carrying sign up, log in and password reset alongside the listings and agent pages.
It suits lettings portals, developer sales sites and agencies that want a registered audience rather than anonymous browsers. Properties and agents each have their own pages, and pricing is presented separately for businesses that publish packages.

Agent, blog, product and property entries are held in Webflow CMS collections. Adding an entry means filling in fields rather than rebuilding a page, and it appears in the relevant listings automatically. For a site that gets updated regularly, this is the part that decides whether it stays current.
Sign up, log in and password reset are the pages most templates leave out and most buyers then have to design under time pressure. They are here and styled with the rest of the site.
It provides the account pages as designs. It does not include the authentication system behind them, and it does not sync listings from a property feed, run valuations, handle offers or tenancy paperwork. You will connect Webflow's own membership features or a third-party service to make accounts function, and your CRM or portal feed remains the source of listings.
If you do not need accounts, TNC Resida covers the same ground without them.
The account pages are designed but not wired. Connecting them means enabling Webflow's membership features or a third-party auth service, which is configuration rather than code.
If you would rather not do it yourself, our team can customise this template for you, from colour and content changes through to new pages and custom functionality. Request a Webflow template customization quote, or read more about our Webflow customization service.
Do the account pages actually work?
They are designs. Sign up, log in and password reset are styled and laid out, but the authentication behind them is something you connect.
Can it pull listings from a property feed?
No. Properties are entered in Webflow. If your listings live in a CRM or portal feed, that stays the source and you would need an integration.
Is there a blog?
Blog pages are present as a folder rather than a CMS collection in this build.
Can users save properties?
That depends on the membership service you connect. The template provides the pages, not the logic.
What if I do not need accounts?
TNC Resida covers the same ground without them.
