Coverage decides whether the job is worth taking, and asking first avoids a round of messages on every out-of-area enquiry.
It presents the business and takes quote requests. It does not schedule jobs, produce estimates or invoices, take payment or deposits, or manage recurring maintenance contracts. Trades and field service software do those. There is no online store.
Services are a CMS collection, so adding a job type is a content edit.
