SoulSpace is a yoga website template for studios and wellbeing practices. It carries a session booking form covering service, therapist, date, time and in-person or online, with CMS collections for services, therapists and blog posts.
A wellbeing practice loses bookings at the moment someone has to email to ask what is available. SoulSpace is a yoga website template built around a booking request that captures the whole picture in one step: which service, which therapist, which date and time, and whether the session is in person or online.
It suits yoga and meditation studios, therapy and counselling practices, and wellbeing practitioners working with named therapists rather than a single teacher.

Blog, service and therapist entries are held in Webflow CMS collections. Adding an entry means filling in fields rather than rebuilding a page, and it appears in the relevant listings automatically. For a site that gets updated regularly, this is the part that decides whether it stays current.
Service, therapist, date, time, in-person or online, plus contact details and a note. A practice receiving that has enough to confirm in one reply instead of three.
Each practitioner has a page and can be selected in the booking form. For a studio where people book a person rather than a slot, that link between profile and booking is the point.
The pacing and spacing suit the category rather than fighting it, and the build leans heavily on video, which suits movement practice better than still photography.
It requests bookings. It does not check live availability, hold a calendar, take payment or deposits, run class passes or memberships, or manage waiting lists. Those come from a booking or studio management platform, and the form hands over to your process. If you make health or therapeutic claims, those carry professional and in some territories regulatory responsibility that a template cannot vet.
Services, therapists and blog posts are CMS entries, so adding a practitioner or a class type is filling in fields. The therapist list feeds the booking form.
If you would rather not do it yourself, our team can customise this template for you, from colour and content changes through to new pages and custom functionality. Request a Webflow template customization quote, or read more about our Webflow customization service.
Does it check availability or take payment?
No. It collects a booking request with the details you need to confirm. Live availability, payment and passes come from a booking platform.
Can clients choose a specific therapist?
Yes. Therapists are a CMS collection and can be selected in the booking form.
Does it support online sessions?
The form asks whether a session is in person or online. Delivering the session is up to your video tool.
Can I sell class passes or memberships?
Not in this build. There is no checkout, so passes and memberships belong in a studio management platform.
How do I add a new class or service?
Add an entry to the services collection.
Support and ongoing updates are included. Message us after purchase if you need the Figma file and we will send it over.
