Blog, blog category, blog tag, event and speaker entries are held in Webflow CMS collections. Adding an entry means filling in fields rather than rebuilding a page, and it appears in the relevant listings automatically. For a site that gets updated regularly, this is the part that decides whether it stays current.
A voter checking one policy position, a journalist checking the platform and a supporter looking for the movement want different things. Most campaign templates collapse them into one page.
Separate from the contact form, because a campaign runs on volunteers and burying the sign-up loses them.
Rallies and appearances change constantly, and both are CMS entries so a campaign team can update them without design access.
It presents the campaign and collects sign-ups. It does not process donations, which route to your payment platform, and it does not manage a supporter database, run canvassing or voter contact, or handle compliance reporting. Political donations and campaign advertising are regulated in most territories, often with disclosure and spending limits: those obligations are entirely yours.
Events, speakers, blog posts, categories and tags are CMS entries, so a campaign team can publish without design access.
If you would rather not do it yourself, our team can customise this template for you, from colour and content changes through to new pages and custom functionality. Request a Webflow template customization quote, or read more about our Webflow customization service.
