A dark, editorial Webflow template for architecture studios, interior designers, and property developers. Built with luxury typography, amber accents, and production-ready GSAP animations.
Lumark is a dark, editorial Webflow template built for architecture studios, interior designers, and property developers who need a digital presence that matches the quality of their work.
Lumark is built around a specific aesthetic: black backgrounds, warm amber accents, large-scale typography, and deliberate whitespace. The kind of presence that speaks to discerning clients before a word is read.

Production-ready GSAP animations: Intro sequence, hero gallery loop, services cube, process cube, clip path reveals, scroll-triggered text, numbers countup, and magnetic contact section. All built in, no setup required.
Clean class-based structure: Consistent, well-named classes make customization inside the Webflow Designer straightforward.
Fully responsive: Considered typography scale across Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile. Intentional at every breakpoint.
Editorial placeholder copy: All text is written in a premium, restrained tone suited to architecture and design practices. No lorem ipsum.
Inter Tight typography: Full heading scale from 11.25rem on desktop down to 4rem on mobile, with every level defined across all breakpoints.
Rather than relying on color and noise to make an impression, Lumark uses restraint. Every section is structured to guide the right kind of client through your work, your approach, and your practice, without overselling or cluttering the experience.
The result is a template that feels less like a website builder output and more like something a studio would commission.
