Blog, blog category, blog tag, job and product entries are held in Webflow CMS collections. Adding an entry means filling in fields rather than rebuilding a page, and it appears in the relevant listings automatically. For a site that gets updated regularly, this is the part that decides whether it stays current.
Two versions of the posting page, one open and one gated. That is the structure a paid job board needs and almost no template includes it.
Employers get presence as well as postings, which is how boards sell employer branding on top of listing fees.
Vacancies are a CMS collection, so a posting becomes a page with the listing index maintaining itself.
It provides the pages and forms as designs. The authentication, the logic that turns a submitted job into a live listing, payment for paid postings, and application handling are not included: those need a membership or marketplace service connected behind it. It does not screen candidates, parse CVs, or manage an applicant pipeline. Collecting candidate data including fields like gender carries data protection and equal opportunities obligations that are yours to meet.
Jobs, blog posts, categories and tags are CMS entries. Account behaviour and paid posting depend on the membership service you connect.

What is the restricted post-a-job page for?
A gated version, so posting can be limited to paying or registered employers.
Do the account pages work out of the box?
They are designs. Authentication is connected separately.
Can it take payment for job postings?
There is a pricing page, but no checkout. Payment would come from the platform you connect.
Does it manage applications?
No. Applications go to the email on the listing. Pipeline and screening need an applicant tracking system.

Use the Preview in Designer option to make any edits to the template pages and preview how the layout would fit your content. Changes in preview mode won't be saved.
It isn't possible to apply a template to an already existing project. Instead, you'll need to create a new project based on the Template.
With a Core plan (or higher), you can export sites you build in Webflow, including templates, to host them anywhere you'd like.

CMS templates are designed to use the power of the Webflow CMS. It is possible to downgrade to a Basic Site Plan as long as all CMS content is deleted from the project.
Use the View Connections tool to understand where the CMS content is on the site and delete any dynamic listings and CMS content. We also recommend you to check Components and the Collection page Templates.
Ecommerce templates are designed to use the power of Webflow Ecommerce. It is not possible to remove Ecommerce from a template, however, deleting all Ecommerce Products and Categories from the project, will allow to select a lower Site Plan.
