Hugecon is a conference and meetup website template with three home layouts, a conference schedule, conference speaker profiles, conference tickets page and conference sponsorship enquiry form. CMS collections cover conference speakers, blog posts and categories. Ideal for a conference, meetup, conference summit, meetup event or large conference, with everything needed for a professional conference and meetup website. Hugecon also works well for an agenda, summit, festival, annual general meeting, exhibition, or event, giving organizers a clear and professional way to present schedules, speakers, tickets, and event information.
A large conference site has two audiences: attendees of the conference deciding whether to come, and conference or summit sponsors deciding whether to pay. Hugecon is a conference website template that serves both, with a conference schedule and conference speaker profiles for one and a become-a-sponsor route for the other. It also works well for a meetup with a clear meetup programme and speaker lineup, as well as an agenda that helps attendees understand the full event schedule.
It suits a conference, conference summit, professional event or meetup organizer with a published conference programme, named speakers and a conference sponsorship offer. Any kind of huge conference, premium event, conference summit, festival, annual general meeting, exhibition, or meetup can be covered using the Hugecon Webflow Website Template for conference and meetup events. It is ideal for a conference or meetup looking for a professional website to present speakers, schedules, tickets, sponsorship, and event information.

Blog, category and speaker entries are held in Webflow CMS collections. Adding an entry means filling in fields rather than rebuilding a page, and it appears in the relevant listings automatically. For a site that gets updated regularly, this is the part that decides whether it stays current.
Sponsorship tier, estimated budget and company website, not a generic contact form. Sponsors are a revenue line most conference templates ignore entirely. Since Conference is a type of event, Hugecon is suitable for any kind of events that involves event registration, event sponsor management, event speaker selections, event schedule etc.
Line-ups change up to the last minute, and holding speakers as entries means adding one is a content edit rather than a design change. Any event like conference, summit or any other type of event mostly has a speakers part and Hugecon handles conference/event/summit speakers pretty well.
Three complete front pages, plus a schedule page, which is the page attendees return to most in the weeks before an event. 3 Different variations gives you the freedom to create any kind of event or conference or summit website using Hugecon Template.
It presents the event and collects enquiries. It does not sell tickets: there is no checkout, so the tickets page routes to a ticketing platform. It does not issue scannable passes, handle check-in, run a call for papers, or build a personalized agenda. If you need ticket sales on the site itself, TNC Conf Ecommerce has a working store: https://webflow.com/templates/html/tnc-conf-ecommerce-event-website-template
Speakers, blog posts and categories are CMS entries. The three home layouts are separate pages, so choosing one means deleting the others.
If you would rather not do it yourself, our team can customise this template for you, from colour and content changes through to new pages and custom functionality. Request a Webflow template customization quote, or read more about our Webflow customization service.
Can I sell tickets through it?

How do sponsors enquire?
A dedicated form collecting sponsorship tier, estimated budget, company website and contact details.
How do I add a speaker?
Add an entry to the speakers collection.
