Blog, blog category, blog tag, class, service and team entries are held in Webflow CMS collections. Adding an entry means filling in fields rather than rebuilding a page, and it appears in the relevant listings automatically. For a site that gets updated regularly, this is the part that decides whether it stays current.
A class is a timetabled thing, a service is what you offer. Holding classes in their own collection means the timetable can change weekly without touching the services pages.
Opening hours get their own page rather than a line in the footer. Wrong or hidden hours are the most common reason a fitness enquiry goes to a competitor.
Personal training and studio fitness are sold on the instructor as much as the facility, so each has a profile that can be added and removed as staff change.
It presents the gym and takes enquiries. It does not run class booking with capacity limits or waiting lists, take recurring membership payments, handle check-in, or manage member records. Those come from gym management software and the site sends people into it. If you make health or results claims, those carry responsibility and in some territories regulation that a template cannot vet.
Classes, services, team, blog posts, categories and tags are all CMS entries, so front-desk staff can update the timetable through the Editor without design access.

Can members book a class through the site?
No. The timetable is presented and enquiries are collected. Capacity, waiting lists and check-in come from gym management software.

Not in this build. Recurring billing needs a payments or membership platform.
How do I update the timetable?
Classes are a CMS collection, so it is a content edit rather than a design change.
Can I add and remove trainers easily?
Yes, team members are a CMS collection.
Is there a members area?
No. Member records and logins belong in your management system.

Ecommerce templates are designed to use the power of Webflow Ecommerce. It is not possible to remove Ecommerce from a template, however, deleting all Ecommerce Products and Categories from the project, will allow to select a lower Site Plan.
