It suits bloggers and writers whose subject or photography reads better on a dark background, including film, gaming, photography and night-themed writing.

Blog, blog category and blog tag entries are held in Webflow CMS collections. Adding an entry means filling in fields rather than rebuilding a page, and it appears in the relevant listings automatically. For a site that gets updated regularly, this is the part that decides whether it stays current.
The contrast and spacing are built for a dark palette. Recolouring a light template usually produces something that looks dark rather than something designed to be.
Three collections: posts, categories and tags. Categories carry the sections, tags carry the cross-cutting subjects, which a blog covering several topics needs.
It publishes writing. There is no store, no membership or paid subscription, and no built-in comments. The newsletter sign-up hands off to an email platform. If you want a light palette, Diary TNC is the same build in a light treatment.
Posts, categories and tags are CMS entries. Six home layouts ship complete, so choosing one means deleting the others.

It isn't possible to apply a template to an already existing project. Instead, you'll need to create a new project based on the Template.
