Cafeteria TNC is a cafe, coffee shop website template with two menus, a table reservation form capturing date, time and party size, an events collection and a working coffee shop with checkout. Best for any Cafe Website.

A cafe sells three things: what is on the counter, a table to sit at, and beans to take home. Cafeteria TNC is a coffee shop website template that covers all three, with a separate coffee menu alongside the food menu, a reservation form, and a shop with checkout for retail bags and equipment.

It suits coffee shops, cafe and roasteries, particularly those that host events or sell retail coffee alongside the counter trade. If you own a cafe or work for a cafe and looking to bring your cafe or coffee shop online or improving your existing coffee shop or cafe website,  Cafeteria TNC is designed just for you!

What the CMS gives you

Blog, category, event and product entries are held in Webflow CMS collections. Adding an entry means filling in fields rather than rebuilding a page, and it appears in the relevant listings automatically. For a site that gets updated regularly, this is the part that decides whether it stays current.

A coffee menu separate from the food menu

Speciality coffee is chosen differently from food, with origin, roast and method mattering. Giving it its own page rather than a column on the food menu is the difference between a cafe and a coffee shop.

Reservations capture date, time and party size

Not just a message. A cafe taking bookings needs those three fields to answer, and this asks for them up front.

An events collection

Cuppings, tastings and live sessions are how cafes build a regular crowd, and events are a CMS collection rather than a static list that goes stale.

What this template does not do

It presents the menus, takes reservation requests and sells retail products. It does not check live table availability or manage covers, take deposits for bookings, send orders to the counter, or connect to an EPOS. Allergen information is a legal requirement in many territories and is yours to publish and keep accurate.

Who it is for

  • Coffee shops and speciality cafes
  • Roasteries selling retail beans alongside a counter
  • Cafes that host tastings, cuppings or live events
  • any Cafe in any city or neighborhood
  • any cafe who serve coffee as well as sell additional equipments, coffee beans

Customizing it

Products, categories, events and blog posts are CMS entries. Both menus are editable pages, so seasonal changes do not need design work.

If you would rather not do it yourself, our team can customise this template for you, from colour and content changes through to new pages and custom functionality. Request a Webflow template customization quote, or read more about our Webflow customization service.

Frequently asked questions

Does the reservation form check availability?

No. It captures date, time and party size and you confirm against your own book.

Why are there two menus?

A coffee menu and a food menu. Speciality coffee is chosen on origin and method, which does not fit a food menu layout.

Can I sell beans and equipment?

Yes, the coffee shop has products, categories and checkout.

Are events CMS-driven?

Yes, so adding a tasting or cupping is filling in fields.

Where does allergen information go?

On the menu items. Publishing it accurately is a legal duty for food businesses in many territories.
